About Wellness Connect
Wellness Connect is a peer-led mental health support program delivered by Skylight Mental Health. The program offers one-to-one peer coaching to support recovery for people living with serious mental health challenges.
Support is delivered by trained Peer Workers who bring lived experience of recovery and understand the value of connection, choice, and hope. Peer coaching focuses on practical, everyday support that helps people work towards their personal recovery goals.
How Peer Coaching Can Support You
Wellness Connect Peer Coaching may support people with:
practical help with daily living and routines
looking after your health and wellbeing
finding and maintaining housing and stability
exploring employment, education, or volunteering
strengthening connections with family, friends, and community
Working with you on setting goals and structure
Support is flexible and tailored to individual needs, working at a pace that feels right.
Eligibility
You are eligible for Wellness Connect if you are:
• Seeking support relating to your mental health challenges
• Live in, or are connected to, Adelaide
• Are not currently supported by the NDIS (support is available to explore an NDIS application)

Our Partners
Skylight Mental Health is a member of the Wellness Connect consortium. Neami National is the lead agency of this consortium and supports the intake process for the Wellness Connect service.
Wellness Connect is delivered across metropolitan Adelaide led by Neami National, working with Life Without Barriers, Mind Australia, Skylight Mental Health, and Community Access and Services SA.
This program is supported by funding from Adelaide PHN through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.

Carer Services
Skylight offers a comprehensive range of Carer Services to support people who care for a friend, family member or neighbour living with a disability, medical condition or mental health challenge.
Community Connections Program
The Community Connections program supports individuals to reduce isolation while being connected within the community, this can include independence, skill and social building.
Lived Experience Telephone Support
A service available to people living in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Reach out to LETSS between 5pm and 11:30pm, 365 days a year, and experience the support and understanding that comes from those who have walked a similar path.
