While we try to keep you informed of what's happening in your NDIS plan to the best of our abilities, we appreciate it is not always relevant. Skylight Mental Health's Plan Management team send the following milestone communications: - A welcome email when you commence Plan Management Supports with Skylight- A check in email 90 days after starting Plan Management- A check in email 180 days after starting Plan Management Supports- A notification email if your NDIS Plan is extended- A notification email if your NDIS plan is renewed and you have received a new NDIS plan- A notification email when a new NDIS Provider invoices you for the first time Do you wish to unsubscribe from these milestone communications?: Unsubscribe from milestone communications Skylight Mental Health's Plan Management team also sends the following funding related communications - An alert email if some of your NDIS plan funding is being underspent- An alert email if some of your NDIS plan funding is being overspent Do you wish to unsubscribe from these funding communications: Unsubscribe from Overspend and Underspend alerts when your NDIS funding is not being used sustainably Please provide us with the NDIS number and date of birth listed on your NDIS plan so that we can update your account with these preferences.
