Executive Assistant
Skylight is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant. The role is 0.6fte and Maximum Term Contract for 12 months. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

About the Role
The Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO will work in a diverse and dynamic environment to provide high level organisational, administrative and executive support to the CEO and General Managers towards achievement of Skylight’s strategic goals.
About You
We are looking for a diligent and experienced individual, who can contribute their own ideas to the organisation. The ideal candidate will regularly liaise with other internal and external stakeholders, and may provide support to other managers across various programs and work areas within the organisation.
The Executive Assistant will maintain quality standards and manage confidential and sensitive information.
- A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management skills, setting of priorities and multi-tasking
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and high levels of integrity at all times
- To have or need to obtain DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
