In line with the new NDIS Price Guide released on 30th June 2024, Skylight Mental Health’s new Terms and Conditions and Schedule of Rates come into effect 11/07/2024.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions include:

• Updates to the ‘Cancellations’ clauses to reflect the updated price guide (Pricing arrangements | NDIS).
• Counselling and Individual Therapy, Therapeutic Groups, Support Coordination, and Specialist Support Coordination services have updated their acceptable notice period from 7 days to avoid a cancellation fee to 2 days notice.
• Updating of rates for NDIS services delivered in response to the new July 2024 NDIS Pricing Arrangements. The NDIA have indicated they will index (increase) plan budgets to reflect these increases where needed.
• An increase to the rate for billable travel and transport to $1.18 per kilometre to cover the administrative costs of fleet management and support.
• Clause ‘Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP)’ has been removed due to the NDIS discontinuation of TTP rates in the July 2024 NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
