Supporting South Australians Through Flood Recovery

What is the Flood Recovery Mental Health Support Program?

Skylight Mental Health is providing specialised mental health support to communities impacted by flooding. This ‘Strengthening Communities’ program provides one-on-one and group-based support to help individuals, families, and communities recover, rebuild resilience, and strengthen social connections.

We offer practical strategies for coping with stress, trauma, and uncertainty, delivered through structured sessions with trained facilitators in flood-affected regions. Our goal is to ensure that people feel supported and connected throughout the recovery journey.
