Useful supports and resources to help people navigate mental health challenges, access information, and find support services across South Australia and nationally.

Finding the right support

It includes Skylight Mental Health supports such as Lived Experience Telephone Support Service (LETSS) and Distress Brief Support, alongside other services that offer information, connection, and practical help.
