This page brings together useful supports and services that may help people experiencing mental health challenges, distress, or difficult life situations. It includes Skylight Mental Health supports such as Lived Experience Telephone Support Service (LETSS) and Distress Brief Support, alongside other services that offer information, connection, and practical help.
These supports are available to help people find the right level of support at the right time, whether for immediate connection, short-term assistance, or ongoing wellbeing support.

Lived Experience Telephone Support
A service available to people living in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Reach out to LETSS between 5pm and 11:30pm, 365 days a year, and experience the support and understanding that comes from those who have walked a similar path.
Community Connections Program
The Community Connections program supports individuals to reduce isolation while being connected within the community, this can include independence, skill and social building.
Wellness Connect
Wellness Connect offers one-to-one peer coaching that supports recovery for people living with mental health challenges. Support can focus on receiving practical help with daily living, looking after your health, finding a home, gaining employment.
