Skylight Mental Health provides a range of non-NDIS mental health services designed to support people, carers, and communities. Our services focus on connection, early support, wellbeing, and recovery through accessible, community-based programs.
These services are available to people who may not be accessing the NDIS, as well as carers and community members seeking support outside of formal funding arrangements.

Support to help people stay connected, build confidence, and reduce isolation through community-based activities and personalised support.

Wellness Connect
Wellbeing-focused programs that support social connection, confidence, and everyday mental health through inclusive group activities.

Carer Services
Support for people caring for someone with mental health challenges, delivered in partnership with Carers SA and the Carer Gateway.

Country Wellness Connections
Community-based mental health support for people living in regional and rural South Australia, delivered in partnership with local organisations.

Lived Experience Telephone Support Service (LETSS)
After-hours telephone support delivered by trained peer workers with lived experience, offering connection, understanding, and support during difficult times.

Distress Brief Support
Short-term support for people experiencing distress, providing timely connection, practical support, and pathways to ongoing help where needed.

Explore Our Services
Lived Experience Telephone Support
A service available to people living in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Reach out to LETSS between 5pm and 11:30pm, 365 days a year, and experience the support and understanding that comes from those who have walked a similar path.
Community Connections Program
The Community Connections program supports individuals to reduce isolation while being connected within the community, this can include independence, skill and social building.
Wellness Connect
Wellness Connect offers one-to-one peer coaching that supports recovery for people living with mental health challenges. Support can focus on receiving practical help with daily living, looking after your health, finding a home, gaining employment.
