Active and Social
Groups
Delivered in community settings, Skylight Active and Social Groups focus on recovery, connection, and practical strategies that support everyday life.
About Our Groups
Skylight offers Activity Groups that support social participation, confidence building, and everyday skills. Our groups are designed for people living with psychosocial disability and are delivered across Adelaide and regional South Australia.
Groups are facilitated by experienced workers who create safe and respectful environments where participants can engage at their own pace.
These groups can be accessed via a fee for service, or through the limited free spots available.
We run our Activity groups in Christies Beach, Murray Bridge, Elizabeth, Seaton, Clarence Park and Goodwood and Mount Gambier.
